Although the original Mantua was settled nearly two centuries ago, its values still hold strong in the community we’ve designed. Starting with the vision. We, too, are creating a place that’s strong on integrity, friendliness, authenticity and a love of learning. We know that the plans we lay today will inspire generations to come. And we chose an area off Highway 75 Frontage to do it – because we see all the amazing things Van Alstyne, Texas is and can be. Perhaps that’s why the feeling here is so welcoming from the moment you arrive.
