Things are really happening here at Mantua! If you’ve already driven by, you’ve seen that the first phase of construction is well underway in our community, which is nestled in a lush landscape of creeks and verdant scenery in Van Alstyne, Texas. We’re already building 223 single-family homes on lots of various sizes, and we have big plans for the future—plans that are already looking to Anna, Texas, our neighbor to the south.
For now, though, we couldn’t be more excited about the newest developments that are happening in phase one of our master-planned community north of Dallas. The latest of those is the grand opening of a new Perry Homes model home. Perry Homes is one of the many best-in-class designers that’s working to help make Mantua the greatest community it can be!
The Perry Homes model opening will be the week of August 9 through 15. It will join model homes from David Weekley and Highland Homes, which have been open to visitors since earlier this year.
