Mantua’s new amenity center is now open, inviting residents to enjoy an uncommonly good time filled with sports, picnics, and relaxation.
New Amenity Center Now Open
The Commons amenity center opened last month with a celebration featuring music, create-your-own picnic baskets, a lemonade bar, arts and crafts, pickleball lessons, and time on the putting green. For those who couldn’t make it, here’s a peek at what Mantua residents enjoy daily.
Sports Court. Have a yen to dunk and dribble? You can satisfy your need to sink the perfect air ball on the sports court.
Pickleball. A game taking center stage at The Commons is pickleball. Combining tennis with wiffle balls, pickleball is a great way to have fun, make connections, and get in some much-needed exercise.
Playgrounds. The Commons sports not one but two playgrounds. The whimsical play equipment encourages movement, imagination, and group activities. Youngsters will be making friends in no time.
Pavillion. Open just in time to help beat the heat, The Commons pavilion is the perfect place to gather with friends, family, and neighbors for birthday parties, potlucks, and celebrations.
Hammocks. Feel a nap attack coming on? Head to the hammocks. Hammocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are great places to relax and read or just watch the clouds roll by.
Community gardens. Heed nature’s call and spent time enjoying the verdant gardens decorating the new amenity center.
The Commons amenity center joins Mantua’s other amazing amenities. The Veranda Community Center is a hub for residents to socialize and enjoy featuring a beautiful resort-style pool with plenty of spots for lounging and a colorful splash pad park. There are also plenty of places indoors and out for people to gather for board games, club meetings, coffee, and conversation. Hike-and-bike trails, parks and playgrounds dot Mantua so there is always a great way to take the fun outside.
That’s the present. What about the future? Future planned amenities include the Trail House Welcome Center, where future residents can start their new home journeys. Fido will also have a place in Mantua with a new dog park coming soon.
