There’s a lot happening around here at Mantua in North Texas. Just this year, we’ve had model homes from David Weekley and Highland Homes open up for prospective residents to view. Trail House Welcome Center Update:
The Trail House welcome center will begin construction soon! This is where prospective homeowners will begin their tour of Mantua to learn more about our premier home builders as well as all the amenities that we offer, such as our resort-style pool, splash zone, hike and bike trails, and much more. Construction of our new home welcome center will begin in the next few months, and we’re hoping to have doors open by the end of the year or early 2022.
The Veranda Amenity Center Update:
We also can’t wait for you all to stop by the Veranda, our amenity center, when it’s completed in the coming months. It will be a gathering place for all of our neighbors to come together for events and enjoy amenities like our resort-style pool. Residents can gather at the pool to take morning laps, sunbathe, or simply chill out on the pool shelves.
We like to think of the Veranda as our whole community’s big backyard, a place where all our neighbors can spend time and get to know each other better. It’s currently under construction, but we hope to see its completion by the end of the year or early 2022.
The Trail House and the Veranda may be the nexus of the many conveniences and advantages that our residents will enjoy at our master-planned community in Van Alstyne, Texas, but they’re far from where those amenities end.
